Determination , Passion , living life to its fullest is Who I AM !! The skills that I have developed over the time and ones that have been influential to my success are Interpersonal skills and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Self-discipline, consistency, listening, decision-making, problem-solving, Flexibility, Responsibility , Mentorship, critical thinking are some of the mixture of skills that I am able to cultivate from myself. Having a driver of solving problems has been key to driving success and outcomes. I also feel that Positivity and empathy also plays key role to drive your career to soaring heights. It is imperative that we continuously reflect, assess, and develop these skills to enhance our chances of success in various aspects of life.
Crafting Creative Opportunities from Every Challenge
I approach every challenge as an opportunity to drive and excel. From childhood, one thing that I learnt was never to get scared of dreaming and dreaming Big. Committing fully and turning these dreams into reality is part of me . Coming from a service class family I was reminded constantly about the importance of perseverance, and this has opened a plethora of opportunities professionally. I completed my B.ED & then went onto bagging an MBA, one thing led to another, with my first Job at a small boutique consulting shop of 4 to another comparatively bigger setup before finally landing at Fidelity International. My parents always pushed both myself and my sister to get a proper education.
Their commitment to what we become, the role they played in making our dreams possible (silently) with a firm tone at times so that we don’t give up have shaped us into who we are today. The following parameters help me to face the adversity : Positive mindset -Having a positive mindset enables me to inspire and motivate my team during challenging times, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Have Faith, Trust - Having a strong faith , trust in your peers, superiors will do wonders. Stick to your roots - There is saying Think Global , Act local. Its very important to stick to your roots and act with respect , trust in your personal and professional life Be resilient , AGILE -The business landscape is constantly evolving, and the ability to adapt quickly and act on it is very critical Empathy-Helps in fostering and building relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders, leading to greater loyalty and trust.

I have had the opportunity to Mentor & coach the Junior recruiters for my team and its feels so good to see them growing under your supervision . I feel honored and humbled at the same time to make a long-lasting impact on the lives of individuals who have been associated with me both personally & professionally. I am a recruiter by passion & Profession. In my career , I have placed close to 1000+ people in various companies . It feels so good and heart-welcoming to know and see that you have employed so many people in their careers.

Mental and Physical Health stay in good health, and take care of your body and mindset. Includes eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and managing stress effectively. Personal Growth-It’s important to set goals because these goals provide a roadmap for your life. When you know where you’re going, it’s easier to stay motivated .
