Leadership:
Leadership is crucial to provide direction and vision, motivate and inspire others, and help create an environment conducive to success by promoting communication and collaboration among team members.I have led multiple teams to drive change and innovation which align with organisational goals.
Creativity:
Creativity allows us to view and solve problems more openly and with innovation. I have demonstrated creativity in identifying gaps/loopholes at workplace to create innovative solutions or more positive and collaborative work environments. Creativity has now become an essential skill for keeping up with the ever-changing demands of the global marketplace. By thinking outside the box, I proposed the error reduction strategies to improve the process accuracy for the firm which led to increased efficiency for the process and customer satisfaction
Interpersonal Skills:
I effectively interact and connect with my peers, stakeholders and leaders across the firm to have a healthy professional relationship which has a direct impact on my employability and networking.
Strategic Planning:
In my professional capacity, I have leveraged strategic planning to have certain specific business strategies formulated, implemented and evaluate the results of executing the plan, in regard to a company’s overall long-term goals or desires
Problem-Solving:
Problem solving involves critical thinking, decision-making, creativity, and information processing. In my role I have used a systematic approach that allowed me to break down difficult problems into smaller, more manageable parts. When we had program ramp downs, I spearheaded the cross functional trainings to support volume crisis for the teams

Challenges have always pushed me beyond the boundaries of my comfort zone and it often required me to work with unfamiliar processes, techniques, or themes. This made me to discover new ways of thinking and problem-solving:

I strongly believe that having a positive attitude at work is crucial for both personal well-being and job satisfaction. Positivity isn’t solely dependent on external factors; internal tools such as deep breathing, setting personal goals, and assuming responsibility for my own actions and reactions have boosted my attitude

Hearing out diverse perspectives of the individuals and collaboration with the team can foster a healthy work culture and environment where teams of individuals can achieve goals through powerful skills and effective work. Being able to adapt to changing environments and work processes have made me a competitive job candidate and a strong overall professional. Having adaptability skills means that a person is open and willing to learn new things and take on new challenges.

With the rapid evolution in the organisations, the purpose of strategic agility is required to enhance efficiency and guarantee business continuity. As a scrum master ,I value and understand the necessity of agility as it ensures products and services are closely aligned with customer needs
Learn from Setbacks and Failures:
Failure provides us with an opportunity to learn from our mistakes. When I fail, I take a step back and analyze what went wrong, identify the root causes & this process of reflection has helped me to understand my strengths and weaknesses, as well as the areas where I needed to improve. Failure has indeed taught me resilience and perseverance. This resilience and determination can be invaluable in achieving success, both in our personal and professional lives.

As a woman leader, I have empowered atleast +500 women during their course of professional journey across various organisations I have been associated with.I have invested in bias training and empowered them with Strategies for Equality, Leadership & Career Advancement by hiring, mentoring and networking

I have supported the bottom performers via 360-degree feedback, training sessions and mentoring programs which has the potential to open opportunities for career advancement, such as promotions for them. It also assisted them in honing existing skills and in learning new ones.
