Crucial Success Skills Forged Through My Journey

My creativity, leadership and interpersonal skills have provided me with the necessary tools to help society. Mentoring my team to teach and uplift underprivileged children has required me to be a strong leader with a clear vision and at the same time rooted. I believe every interaction with any person gives you an insight into new horizons. Interpersonal skills have helped me to make connections with people that in turn spark my creative ideas.

Crafting Creative Opportunities from Every Challenge

When facing challenges, my mindset is rooted in resilience and adaptability. I approach problems with a solution-oriented attitude, guided by principles of empathy, collaboration, and continuous learning. It was a challenge to me to navigate the menstrual hygiene campaigns I have led as I am a male. However, the desire for change and betterment kept motivating me to step into realms of the world that were uncomfortable. I kept learning as I worked and the empathy, I felt for the section of society I was helping was unmatched.

My Impact

The tangible impact of our work is evident in many of our projects. Under the "Snehachal Campaign" we run a Children Shelter Home and have helped more than 700 kids to be reunited back with their families in last 5 years. The shelter home is for children who are lost, missing, runaway, rescued as child labor, trafficking and destitute. Under the 'Days of Pride' campaign, more than 17 lakh sanitary pads were distributed through 15 pad banks to adolescent girls and women in various raw settlements, labor posts, schools and villages, railway stations and hospitals, and they were given information about menstruation and health. Through Sarthak Old Age Home we have supported more than 150 old age people and currently having 15 old people at our Old age home.

Under the campaign Koch we have supported more than 800 ladies to deliver safely in hospital. We provide nutritious meals on every Monday and awareness sessions every Thursday. Through the "Walk Against Hunger Campaign", about 10 lakh packets of cooked nutritious food were distributed to the people living in the slums, railway stations and footpaths of the city. Out of them, about 1000 malnourished children were given nutritious food continuously so that they could be free from malnutrition. These efforts have not only addressed immediate needs but also built a foundation for long-term resilience and empowerment, illustrating our commitment to creating lasting positive change.

Scaling New Heights in Personal and Professional Triumphs

My personal definition of success centers on meaningful impact and sustainable progress. Success is measured not just by achieving goals but by the positive changes we bring to the lives of the underprivileged. The criteria I use to measure my success are improved quality of life and increased community cohesion. My success is dependent on the community's success. Success is ultimately about creating lasting, transformative change. Each milestone, whether big or small, is a step towards a more equitable and empowered society, reflecting our dedication to our mission.
