Crucial Success Skills Forged Through My Journey

Over the years, at different stages/levels in 10+ years of my career, people in this IT industry have shared a lot of Knowledge, thoughts, handling politics, how to survive in the industry, how to get highly paid jobs, what all skills do I need to learn with the market etc etc. But out of all these I have chosen one of the skill which actually have helped me and still helping me achieving my day to day professional and personal goals. "I listen to the world and keep mum, I just observe people silently". What I have learned being so is "I love to be a cow and not a crow" people will definitely think I don't know anything and will reveal some of the mantras. This interpersonal skill is knowing as "Silent Protagonist”.

Crafting Creative Opportunities from Every Challenge

When I face any challenges, honestly I don't strategies much. But I try to calculate the losses or impacts before jumping on it. Cause when I have to take the risk, I have to be calculative as well. When I take such steps I learn to deal with the fear of messing it up. I take some wrong decisions as well. Also, what I feel, I have to jump on and look into the problem, if I won't I will never be able to solve it. My profession is also relative, to give solution to the challenges which users are facing. One cannot escape the problems and so can't I. Once the problem/challenge is getting a solution, I become confident. Which actually allow me for a better sleep.

My Impact

I have an attitude of taking on additional responsibilities or projects that are outside of my usual scope of work. Going above and beyond to help a colleague or team member with a task or project. Somehow it helps others and it creates a good impact on others to help each other as a team and brings out the best solution. Maybe this is a contribution with my leadership skills. Okay, this attitude is not only limited to my professional life but also, I take leadership and make some bold decisions when it comes to my friends and family.

Scaling New Heights in Personal and Professional Triumphs

I measure success with the growth of my interpersonal skills. Money, designation, position etc everything will follow you if you are successful on your thoughts, skills, nature and politeness. I love sports, so one things as a benchmark would be "being healthy". Good Health will allow us to work hard, work smart, become calculative, utilise my time for the betterment of my life.

The Synergy Between My Path and Recognition Values

I have started from a slum, have walked alone, without any guidance throughout my career, have sacrificed my youth for the well-being of my family. I don't want to get recognised but I want to let know my story to that generation who gives up saying it's too tough. Awards and acknowledgement won't give me that satisfaction but after listing to my story, if a single person from such areas where I belong to will rise and conquer, I would be awarded with the highest trophy of this world.
