I always prefer to be as calm as possible and try to come up with both short term and long term solutions. Challenges will always be there but from your past experiences you should be able to quickly do a turnaround or at least minimize the adversity. From the challenges of past, I have learned to be always on my toes and show willingness to learn & implement something new as the ways of working are taking a shift globally.

During this time I was able to come up with best in class benefits for my people which have touched their life in a positive way. My success depends on how my people are reacting to what I have been delivering. It is often said "No news is a good news" and this definitely resonates in my role. Low attrition, good appraisal cycle, poaching top talent from the market are some of the phenomena which determine my success.

My journey of 16+ years have gone though several stages where I got to chance to learn a lot and as I advanced in my career, I have been able to implement stuff on the ground and results have been relevant. I have ben able to put a lasting effect on my stakeholders in all my roles till now and I think thins is the biggest compliment for me. Hence, I feel that my journey resonates with the goals and values of this recognition.
