Whether through adapting cricketing facilities or devising tailored training programs, creativity has been pivotal in breaking down barriers and broadening opportunities. Additionally, my adept interpersonal skills have facilitated fruitful collaborations with stakeholders, sponsors, and the wider community, amplifying our message of inclusivity and garnering support for our endeavors. Ultimately, success is measured by the enhanced sense of belonging, confidence, and agency experienced by differently-abled cricketers, as well as the enduring impact of their contributions to the sport and the community.

I am profoundly grateful to the Almighty Allah for His guidance and blessings that have fueled my journey. It is with immense gratitude that I extend my appreciation to my father, Haroon Rasheed, my esteemed business partner, Sayed Shah Aziz, for his unwavering support and collaboration in championing the cause of inclusivity within cricket. Furthermore, I extend my heartfelt thanks to the dedicated board officials and the players for their trust and confidence in my leadership, which has now culminated in my re-election as CEO for the third time.
