Times is never tough, it is our perspective about the moment that makes it appear tough; I have had my share of moments when I have made time appear tough however I have been guided by few things to evolve from the moments. - Trust your instinct with undeniable conviction - Lean to your spiritual journey to make decisions - Best of everyone and for everyone is the best for the organization and the society as whole. - Your values, ethics and morals will remain with you throughout the journey; Nurture them and evolve as you watch, learn and experience - Being vulnerable is the best admission of being strong - Silence is the best answer in the middle of adversary - When you think you cannot do, make it a point you can do - Honing the norm may be best when it all seems good; Challenge yourself to evolve first My ability to provide ease of experience, comfort and solutions to challenges, my commitment to stand up for the values and ethics, My strong conviction to build a workplace that thrives and contributes with Ernest and normalizing being human at work without asserting power or hierarchy and importantly intense drive to achieve the agreed goals through philosophy of cocreating, sponsoring and caring for each other and learning from all around. Though the question is interesting, the answer may not be what you thought. With 2 decades of professional experience and more than 3 decades of being alive, many milestones have been achieved which could have been impossible at that moment. My decision to step away from my home town in pursuit of the my education and professional journey, my decision to relocate many times for key professional projects, my impromptu decision to sky-dive, my decision to come out, my decision to expand my professional domains, my decision to help organizations achieve many firsts and key strategic goals, leading initiatives which made learning possible through First Attempt In Learning(Fail) approach and turning my team in the most productive, thriving and leading instead of following, I can assure you that many successes have been achieved and many are in the making. :) Success is ever evolving definition as the experiences transcend beyond the status quo. In my Ernest opinion, success is subjective and can be defined on wide spectrum of goals. Personally, My success is defined by the elasticity of my being professionally and personally and I have opened up to being a strong learner, innovator. The goals are well defined based on the milestones to be achieved and driving self to be on that journey as we move ahead. When you have milestones defined, you do all to make them succeed while being ethical.
