One of the most crucial skills that have contributed to my success is emotional intelligence (EI)—the ability to understand and manage emotions effectively in leadership and business. Throughout my 29-year journey, I developed this skill by working closely with diverse teams, leading service-led sales cultures, and coaching high-performing leaders. Additionally, my experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and coaching has sharpened my strategic thinking, decision-making, and mentoring abilities. By continuously learning, adapting, and refining these skills through real-world experiences and professional development, I’ve been able to drive meaningful transformations in leadership. Tough times are inevitable, but I believe perseverance, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence are key to navigating them successfully. Whenever I face challenges—whether in leadership, business growth, or mentoring others—I focus on staying adaptable, analyzing situations with clarity, and making decisions with a long-term perspective. One of my biggest lessons is that challenges often bring opportunities for growth. By maintaining emotional balance, seeking the right support, and learning from every setback, I’ve been able to turn obstacles into stepping stones for greater impact. My work in leadership coaching, emotional intelligence, and mentoring has allowed me to make a significant impact on individuals and organizations. Empowering women leaders, especially in banking and finance, has been a core focus of my work, helping them break barriers, build executive presence, and make confident decisions. Additionally, mentoring entrepreneurs has enabled them to develop strong leadership skills, make better business decisions, and scale their ventures successfully. Through RadicalEdge Learning Consultants and Genos Emotional Intelligence, I’ve helped leaders enhance their self-awareness, improve team dynamics, and foster more emotionally intelligent workplaces, creating lasting, positive change. One of the most pivotal moments in my journey was when I founded RadicalEdge Learning Consultants and became the Master Distributor for Genos Emotional Intelligence in South Asia. This transition allowed me to take my passion for leadership transformation to a broader audience, working with businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals across industries. Being able to create tailored leadership development programs, mentor women leaders, and equip entrepreneurs with emotional intelligence tools marked a major milestone in my career. Seeing the tangible results of these efforts—improved leadership effectiveness, business growth, and personal transformation—was a defining moment of success for me. For me, success is about making a meaningful impact, helping others grow, and continuously evolving as a leader and mentor. It’s not just about professional achievements but also about empowering others to unlock their potential and lead with confidence and emotional intelligence. My current goals include expanding leadership development programs, mentoring more women leaders and entrepreneurs, and fostering emotionally intelligent workplaces across industries. I also aim to continue learning, collaborating with like-minded leaders, and driving transformation in leadership through practical, impactful coaching.
