Life is a journey filled with twists and turns, moments of triumph, and challenges that test our very essence. My story is no different, shaped by the blend of personal resilience and the unpredictable dance of fate.Like many born in the 1970s in India, my father's government job meant a life of constant movement. Amidst the serene beauty of small Himalayan towns, I learned the values of hard work and simplicity. These formative years etched in my memory, as nature's embrace nurtured my soul and instilled in me a deep sense of belonging.When we settled in Delhi in 1982, a new chapter unfolded. School days at Montfort School paved the way for my academic journey. As I completed my 12th grade, the decision to follow my father's engineering path seemed eminent. Yet, amidst the books and lectures, a seed of doubt blossomed, nudging me towards the realms of Technology or Finance.The inkling grew stronger through the years, leading me to a crossroad where ambition and passion converged. Enrolling in an MBA program at The University of Delhi was a transformative leap, propelling me into the intricate world of finance. From Deloitte and Touche to Brand Capital, each step honed my skills, forging a path towards expertise and self-discovery.Life, however, had its share of setbacks, moments when the road seemed steep and endless. The first blow struck during my 11th-grade year - a stumble in the pursuit of academic excellence. The disappointment cast a long shadow, clouding my confidence and fueling mental turmoil. Yet, from the ashes of despair, a determination emerged, propelling me towards engineering despite the odds.The second setback loomed as I faced the tide of rejection after the IIT-Delhi MBA program interview. Though dreams faltered, my spirit was unbroken, guiding me towards a different avenue - an MBA in Finance from the University of Delhi. The journey continued, fraught with challenges and uncertainties, yet each hardship became a testament to resilience and unwavering resolve.Amidst the chaos of corporate landscapes and personal aspirations, my candid nature often posed hurdles, challenging societal norms and expectations. Through trials and tribulations, I learned the profound truth - that perfection is but a mirage, and genuine connections far outweigh the realms of knowledge.With the birth of Kansaltancy Ventures came a new wave of setbacks, testing the very core of my beliefs and convictions. The initial years bore witness to uncertainty and doubt, yet within the crucible of failure lay the embers of perseverance and faith. The tumultuous storm eventually gave way to clarity, teaching me the invaluable lesson of offering value over comparison and fear.Life, as I have come to know, mirrors the spirit of a horse - resilient, unwavering, and relentless in its pursuit.
