Been involved in building up high performance team and have adapted self to latest digitalization industry trends.Successfully implemented kaizen ideas using six sigma skill, driving ideation and innovation. Streamlined the design process with effective tools like FTM(Fast To Market) and methods to meet the objectives and deliverables. Driven business with end to end support, designed winning sales strategies to reach challenging revenue and projects goals.
