Another key moment was successfully managing zonal operations at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, where I was responsible for profit center management and operational efficiency across North India. These roles reaffirmed my ability to drive change and deliver impactful results.To me, success is about creating meaningful impact—whether in business operations, team growth, or customer satisfaction. It’s not just about personal achievements but also about contributing to the organization’s success and making financial services more efficient. My goals include continuous learning, staying ahead in digital operations, and mentoring future leaders in the industry.
