Time Management & Multitasking: Balancing multiple responsibilities across different roles has strengthened my ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain productivity under pressure. Tough times are inevitable, but I’ve developed strategies to navigate them: Resilience & Perspective: I remind myself that challenges are temporary and focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems. Through AIESEC & Leadership Roles: I have contributed to shaping young leaders, fostering professional growth, and organizing impactful events like Yaariyan and the Winter Local Conference. Through WAHStory & WAHClub: By creating platforms for people to share their narratives and build meaningful relationships, I’ve played a role in fostering inspiration and community engagement. Through My Marketing Work: I have helped brands, startups, and influencers grow their reach and impact through effective marketing strategies. One defining moment was successfully organizing an event at Crowne Plaza, where I coordinated between CEOs, founders, and investors. Seeing startups secure funding and facilitating meaningful networking opportunities was a proud moment. It reinforced my ability to bring people together, create opportunities, and execute high-impact events. Definition of Success: Success, for me, is about creating meaningful impact, continuous growth, and being fulfilled by the work I do. It’s not just about personal achievements but also about how I contribute to others’ journeys.
