Transitioning to Hilton, I embraced the realm of Learning & Development, fueling talent and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. I found my way back to the heart of Luxury at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu in 2017 as the Training Manager, and subsequently expanded my horizons as a Quality & Training Manager. The allure of core Human Resources Management beckoned, leading me to Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, where I now lead the People & Culture function as the Human Resources Manager, shaping the very heartbeat of the establishment.Let me impart a piece of wisdom I hold dear: never shy away from speaking your truth, from fighting for what you believe in.
