The key skills that have helped me succeed are: Discipline & Consistency: Athletics demands unwavering dedication. I built these skills by following a strict training schedule, balancing gym workouts, practice sessions, and recovery time. Mental Resilience: High jump is as much a mental game as it is physical. Over time, I developed focus and self-belief through visualization techniques and learning from setbacks. Technique Mastery: I worked closely with my coaches to refine my technique, paying attention to posture, timing, and form to improve my performance consistently.ough times are inevitable in sports. I face them by: Staying Positive: I remind myself of past achievements to stay motivated. Seeking Support: My coaches, teammates, and family have been my pillars during challenging moments. Learning from Setbacks: Every missed jump teaches me something new. I’ve learned that resilience and adaptability are crucial to pushing through difficult times.I believe my journey has inspired younger athletes to pursue sports with passion and commitment. By sharing my experiences, achievements, and challenges, I hope to motivate others to dream big and work hard. Representing my community on national platforms has also helped raise awareness about the potential of Indian athletes in track and field events.One pivotal moment was winning the gold medal at the Indian Grand Prix 3 in Bengaluru with a leap of 1.81m. It was not just a victory but a testament to the years of hard work and perseverance. This achievement marked a significant step in my career and boosted my confidence to aim higher.For me, success isn’t just about medals; it’s about consistent growth and giving my best in every competition. My goals include: Representing India at international championships. Continuously improving my personal best. Inspiring more young athletes to pursue high jump as a career.
