This initiative not only strengthened Mynd Solutions’ recruitment outcomes but also enriched the company culture, resulting in a more innovative and collaborative environment. Another key milestone came when I led the Staffing Vertical (HR Ops) managing over 10000 head count. Successfully managing such a large-scale operation and improving processes, while ensuring alignment with company goals, was a key achievement.
